Getting Your Missouri Real Estate Salesperson License
How do I get a real estate license?
There are six steps you will need to complete in order to obtain a Missouri Real Estate Salesperson License. These include 72 hours of course work, the National & State Exams, submit fingerprints with background checks, and picking a broker. For more detailed steps, please click here.
What is the cost of your course?
The 48 Hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Exam Course fee includes all books and materials, in-person professional instruction and continuing support from our instructors to help with those stubborn lingering questions. Weekday (Monday-Saturday) class fee is $345. Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) class fee is $395.
How do I find a broker?
We suggest you interview several brokerage firms by calling their office and requesting a meeting with the person who works to recruit new agents. There are several considerations you will want to consider in advance, such as:

Where do I take the exam?
You will schedule your exam online and appear at the local PSI TestCenter at the time you have chosen. You will have up to four hours to complete the full examination which be given by computer.
What courses do you offer?
Redkey Real Estate School offers the 48 Hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Exam course, in-person, over two consecutive weekends or daily from Monday to Saturday. This course is the first step towards getting your license in Missouri. In addition, we have an affiliate agreement with Global Real Estate School for online class options.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend class, you may receive a refund of the course fee, less the credit card processing fee, if you notify the school at least 7 days prior to the first day of class. After this period, you may receive a tuition credit for the full course amount which may be used towards the fee of a future class within six months of the original class dates.
What is covered on the exam?
The Missouri Real Estate Salesperson Examination
covers information covering your knowledge of both the national and the state in one exam. The National Salesperson Examination is composed of 100 questions covering 11 major content areas. The State portion includes 40 questions that test your knowledge areas of content required specifically for the Missouri real estate professional. The questions on the two portions will be intermixed and will not appear as separate sections.
